Untitled group work
A constellation of 12 performers are still in different positions, forming an inadvertent tableaux. Each minute, on the minute, they move. A work of loose dancing and rigid structure that continues SERAFINE1369's research into time-based scores for performance, the unit of one minute and the concept of stillness. Towards a practice of witnessing relation on an embodied level - between bodies, bodies and space, viewer and viewers and bodies and space and the day and the circling, fragmenting, contracting and expanding, not straightforward movement of time.
Early research towards a new group work featuring 12 performers invited based on gathering a group that represents each sign of the zodiac. Sound and Technical Design by Josh Anio Grigg.

The Sound Of An Uncertain “Yes” (something flat something cosmic something endless)
Live-via-zoom sharing of audio sketches for new work for Liverpool Biennial 2021:
A somatic visioning of body as a portal, a medium, an interface, a doorway to another place, The Sound of An Uncertain “Yes”, starts from the functions of the body - specifically the senses - and unfolds as a study of the body’s cycles and systems, out of wonder and despair, as well as a way of tracking the collective unconscious, the wider cultural and societal structures and discourses, and the cosmos. A reading as an invitation to movement and listening, and listening as movement is something that needn’t necessarily go anywhere. Here, what is vague isn't in opposition to clarity, the mundane is revelatory and sensory information and psychic potential are guides. Performed with Josh Anio Grigg.
